Right now the only personal information we collect is the email addressyou enter into our waitlist form. We do not ask for your name, password, or payment details, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps) for security and reliability. This data is not used to identify you.

We use your email address only to:

• Send you a confirmation that you've joined the waitlist.
• Notify you when early access opens and share occasional updates about the product.
• Alert our own team that a new person signed up.

We will not use your email for unrelated marketing or sell or rent it to anyone.

We use Resend to deliver our emails. When you sign up, your email address is processed by Resend solely so these messages can be sent. Resend acts as our service provider and handles data under its own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and service.

We keep your email address for as long as you're on the waitlist or interested in the product. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see below), and we'll remove it promptly.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your email address, and you can opt out of our emails at any time — either by using the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and we'll honour them.

Do Hard Things is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us their email, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
